the first quote of this chapter that embraces positive yet critical thinking mixed with realistic enthusiasm about life moving forward. Shit gets real everyday unfortunately and you can only control so much.
So, on this day in 2023, I was very stressed and anxious so I randomly and spontaneously got on the A and went to Washington Square Park just cause. I sat and watched and laughed and thought so many things. But hearing this quote in passing made me smile for the first time all day. Not long after, I took this picture knowing what I would do with it.
